About the investment

The Graphite Zabrze  is a unique investment that is being built in Zabrze on the corner of Maria Skłodowska-Curie Street and Joanna Żnieńska Street.  It belongs to the group of so called “Colored settlements,” which are being gradually formed in Silesia owing to imagination and experience of the Simple Architecture.

Simple Architecture company and Progress company actively support young people in aspiring to posses their own flat. The Graphite Zabrze investment is assisted by the program We built for Young and the government program Flat for the Young. With the support of both programs it is possible to buy an apartment for 2850zł/sq m.
